Billing Information
By providing your billing information to Venraco, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. If you provide any false or inaccurate information, Venraco may cancel your order and/or suspend or terminate your account.
Order Confirmation
Once you have completed your purchase on our Site, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received your order. Venraco reserves the right to refuse any order or purchase for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, and fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a product or service on our Site that is subject to automatic renewal, you agree that we may automatically renew your subscription and charge your payment method on file for the renewal period (which will be the same as the original subscription period) at the then-current renewal price.

Delinquent Accounts

Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Site or Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Termination
