Cancellation Policy

At Venraco, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. We strive to make the cancellation process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. Our cancellation policy is outlined below.

Cancellation By The Customer

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it for you.

Please note that we have a strict cut-off time of 11:30 PM on business days (Monday – Saturday) for processing orders. If you contact us after this cut-off time, your order may already be in the process of being shipped and we may not be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy and return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Cancellation by Venraco

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order on our end. This may occur if the item is out of stock or if there is an issue with the item that prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will also issue a refund for the full purchase amount, including shipping fees if applicable, in the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

If you have pre-ordered an item and would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been released, we may be able to cancel your pre-order and issue a refund.
