ORDERING

1. How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order on our website, simply select the item you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have added all the items you want to your cart, click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the payment page. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after I have placed it?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you may be able to return the item for a refund or exchange.

3. Can I change the shipping address after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been placed. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING

1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping usually takes 4-8 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or on the carrier’s website.

RETURN & REFUND

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?

It can take 4-10 business days for us to process a refund after we have received the returned item.

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

CANCELLATION

1. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you no longer want the item, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

2. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be able to return the item for a refund or exchange.

PAYMENT

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner Club, Discover Card credit cards, and PayPal.

2. Is my credit card information secure on your website?

3. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
